“The Law” is one of the three longstanding programming and research areas of the Center for Palestine Studies (the other two being “History of the Present” and “The Arts”). As the semester of Fall 2016 was unusually full of law-related activities, and since some of these were not public, or not in New York City, an effort to recap is warranted. The general aim of this Special Report is to keep the wider CPS community up to date on the center’s work.
