Watch

Please join us for a panel discussion of Israel and Palestine and developments in the International Criminal Court (ICC). After the Palestinians acceded to the Rome Statute on January 2, 2015, Fatou Bensouda, the ICC Prosecutor, opened a preliminary investigation into the possibility of war crimes committed "in the occupied Palestinian territory, including East Jerusalem, since June 13, 2014."

This panel will discuss these developments, international criminal law and the legal/political issues involved.

Panelists include Columbia Law School professors Lori Damrosch and Katherine Franke, and Claus Kress (University of Cologne), and Jamil Dakwar (CUNY & ACLU).
